Q: Why should I hire your awesome artists?
A: Well, there are several good reasons 1). We do quality work and everyone on our team is very good at what they do. 2). We are insured. 3). We NEVER cancel on our clients. Because we have a large team of artists, we never cancel on clients last minute. There will be an artist at your party or event with your confirmed booking.
Q: Do you offer your service for free or a discount for special occasions?
A: We are not able to discount or offer our service for free on the weekends because it is our busiest time of the week. For week day events will depend on your special request and availability.
Q: Why are you so cheap?
A: We feel our rate is a fair price and we quite like it
Q: Why are you so expensive?
A: Well, we really are not that expensive silly. For the quality of work we produce you will most likely not find a better rate. We are insured, very experienced and professional.
Q: Do I have to pay extra if the artist goes over the agreed time.
A: Yes, you do
Q: What kind of paint do you use?
A: We only use professional (and expensive) FDA approved professional face paint. We use different top quality brands such as Wolf, DFX and Kryolan.
Q: Are you insured?
A: Yes, we are insured with Specialty Insurance Agency
Q: Do I have to pay a deposit to reserve?
A: We do require a reservation payment to secure the date. This payment will be deduced from the total amount due on the day of your party.
Q: Can I request a specific artist?
A: We guarantee a great artist but we can’t guarantee it a specific artist because we don’t always know what may lie ahead for everyone. You can certainly ask to have a specific artist be at your party and we will make every effort to make it happen
